How do customers earn packs?
You choose the earning rules: eligible orders or spending milestones. Qualifying Shopify order activity awards packs automatically. Customers sign in to your storefront to find their packs, reveal cards and redeem rewards.
Can it look like my brand?
Yes. Start with presets, then use Starter or above for custom cards, pack designs and the storefront panel, including light and dark themes. Growth and Pro add custom imagery and celebration sounds. You can also remove Another Yay branding on paid plans.
What makes a card Common, Rare or Legendary?
You build the card pool, assign rarity and set the draw odds. Rarity controls the reveal experience; you decide the reward behind each card. Milestone packs on Growth and Pro let you configure a separate bonus pack.
How are rewards used?
Discount and shipping rewards use customer-specific, single-use Shopify checkout codes. Gift rewards require an eligible cart. Access and service rewards create claims that your team fulfills. Shopify checks eligibility at checkout.
What happens when I hit my order limit?
New eligible orders stop earning packs until your allowance renews or you upgrade. Previously earned rewards remain available. There are no automatic overage charges. Free renews every 30 days; paid annual plans still renew their order allowance monthly.
What about refunds and customer data?
Refund and cancellation events update the related reward entitlement and revoke applicable rewards. Shopify customer-data requests and deletion events are supported. Merchants can view real customer reward history and retrieve prepared privacy exports in the app.
What do I need to get started?
A Shopify store with the Online Store channel and a store currency that uses two decimal places. Enable the Another Yay app embed in your theme, configure your earning rules and prepare your card pool. Another Yay is currently preparing for its App Store launch.
